St. Olav visits Ullensvang

Friends of Skredhaugen shows the performance of St. Olav visits Ullensvang

On Sunday, July 28, at 5:00 PM, the event kicks off at Skredhaugen with a new staging of the play about St. Olav. The play was written by folklorist Halldor O. Opedal in 1961. The story is set before the Battle of Stiklestad, before Christianity and the unification of the kingdom had truly taken hold in the country. Arild Helleland directs, Per Nornes is the instructor, and Randi Johannesen leads the production. Several local actors and dancers will be performing. The play is preformed in Norewegian.

Tickets

Tickets, NOK 200, will be sold at the venue. We accept both cash and Vipps.

Parking

There are few parking spaces at Skredhaugen, so we encourage everyone coming by car to park in the center of Lofthus. Shuttle buses will run from 4:00 PM, with returns after the performance.
