Cultural Heritage Day: Sunday, September 7, from 12 PM to 4 PM. Free entry for everyone!

Welcome to this year’s Cultural Heritage Day 2025. There will be plenty of fun activities for both young and old!

Once again, there will be a flea market in the attic next to the café. In the out door museum you can join in making candles or pressing apples. There will be pizza in the baking house, kroting, craft activities, games, log building, and other activities for children. There will also be fresh apple donuts for sale, as well as candy-making. At the museum, the café will be open, and you can see our permanent exhibitions on folk costumes, bunads, and folk music.

Cultural Heritage Day is organized in collaboration with Folgefonn Husflidslag, Grimo Bygdekvinnelag, Solgull 4H, and Hardingfela.no.
