Welcome to an Open Day at Agatunet and the Unveiling of the Blue Plaque!
On Saturday, 13 June at 3:00 p.m., we celebrate that Agatunet has been awarded a Blue Plaque by the Norwegian Heritage Association (Fortidsminneforeningen). We would like to mark this occasion together with you, with delicious flavours and beautiful music in the courtyard.
We will serve coffee, cakes, and local apple juice. There will be musical performances by Alexander Aga Røynstrand and Nå Musikklag.
Bring family and friends and join us for a pleasant gathering in the courtyard. Welcome!
Blue Plaque
Blue plaques are information signs or plaques placed on buildings or at places of cultural and historical significance to inform the public about important people or events. The scheme was established in Norway by Selskabet for Oslo Byes Vel in the late 1980s, based on the British blue plaque system. The plaques are cobalt blue enamel signs with cultural-historical text, found on a number of important buildings. Now it is Agatunet’s turn.

Agatunet will be open from 11:00 a.m. on this day. The café will also be open.
